We strive to be the warm, welcoming story teller of your big day. Whether big or small, loud or quiet, we want to capture who you are as you enter your next step in your love story. Along the way, we love to get to know our couples. What makes you smile? How did you meet? What do you love about each other? We use a thorough approach to plan your day in advance to help you think of things you may not have realized needed to be addressed and what times work best for particular events of your day! We meet with all couples for a complimentary consultation to get to know you, see if we work well together, and to go over our wedding day questionnaire. We pride ourselves on being attainable and offer 3 affordable wedding day packages along with custom package building for special circumstances. What to expect when you choose to partner with us!
Once we have our consultation (phone, zoom, or coffee date), We prepare your contract with all the details we have discussed and decided. Once that is returned, we require a 25% retainer payment with it to book your date. The remaining payment is not due until 1 week prior to your wedding date. We accept check or Paypal business from which I invoice you directly. About 1 month out from your wedding day, we connect to go over your wedding day questionnaire packet to nail down all of the little details. We talk about your family portrait shot list and any specific ideas you have for your bridal portraits. On your wedding day, we are there for you! We help to ensure the day moves smoothly and all of the important aspects and details are documented. We work closely with all the other venues so the timeline moves along nicely and we are able to really tell your love story. Need a water, we don't mind grabbing one, need to get a message to Mom, got you covered. After the wedding day, we post a few sneak peaks in the weeks following the wedding. Final galleries are released 30-90 days post wedding day depending on the season/heavy booking periods. Once your final gallery is released, you also receive a print release which allows you to print your photos where you choose (we also offer a few suggestions). You are welcome to share your gallery link with friends and family so they can download photos they would like if you choose as well. Moms and Grandmas especially love this! We are with you from the beginning of planning all the way to the time you get to share your wedding day memories with your loved ones.
